Keystone Introduces New Coastal Cottage Interior For Its Bullet Travel Trailers

Keystone RV Company recently revealed a new “Coastal Cottage” interior for its Bullet lineup of travel trailers, which includes the Bullet, Bullet Crossfire, and Bullet Premier models. The new design replaces brown elements with white and light gray tones that Keystone says will “set a mood of brightness and tranquility similar to the trending coastal home design.”

“Based on the feedback from RV shows, customers are asking for a look that feels similar to the current, trending residential home designs,” says Nick Sweazy, Bullet product manager. “The vast majority of the industry is using dark brown wood grain cabinets throughout. The customers are asking for a brighter-feeling space especially on the smaller units.”

Refreshed Interior

The Coastal Cottage interior features white, painted cabinet doors with hidden hinges, brushed nickel door pulls and handles, new faucets in the kitchen, vinyl flooring and carpet, Whitewater continuous-edge countertops, and a set of stainless steel appliances from Furrion, including a microwave, range hood, and refrigerator. For Bullet and Bullet Premier models, you’ll find a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, a three-burner stove with glass cooktop and 17-inch oven, Keystone’s Dream Dinette, and a high-rise vanity in the bathroom. The Bullet Premier also features LG Solid Surface Countertops and a porcelain toilet.

Exterior Updates & More

The exterior of the new Bullet travel trailers sports Key Gray fiberglass, a Vomela graphics package backed up by a three-year warranty, and a white Alpha TPO roof that deflects heat in hotter climates. Other features include LED lighting on the Power Awning, a KeyTV switch box for cable, satellite, and antenna television, and 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity via Furrion. Depending on the model, you’ll also find a new shower door, a Norco 5.1 Stabilization system, a MORyde Solid Step in the main entry, and much more.
