As part of its goal to manufacture high-quality RVs, Nexus constructs unit frames using high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel. The company says this produces a 72% stronger build than aluminum and remains durable in all seasons for years to come. 

Nexus uses an Azdel composite substrate instead of wood for interior and exterior sidewall and roof panels to reduce mold and mildew. Other exclusive Nexus RV features include high-grade UV-protected automotive window seals, pre-molded wraparound fiberglass caps, and galvanized steel storage boxes and HVAC duct systems.
