This 2002 Fleetwood Southwind starts right up, drives well, and is very clean inside. We drove it 20 miles at highway speeds up to 60 mph and it ran smoothly, and there were no warning lights on the dash.
The Southwind is one of Fleetwood's most popular Class A coaches, known for its practical floor plans and comfortable living space. This one has two slide-outs, a queen bed with a mattress in the bedroom, two full wardrobes, a couch, and a dinette with two bench seats. The bathroom has a vanity, a shower, and a skylight. The kitchen has vinyl flooring, the bathroom has tile, and the bedroom and front are carpeted.

The furniture has no tears or stains, the cabinets are in good condition, and the walls and ceiling have no stains or cracks. There is no odor inside. The tank sensors in the hallway read correctly, and we found no broken plumbing lines or seals.
The cooktop igniters spark, but there was no propane on board, so the cooktop and oven were not tested on gas. The awning has no rips but was not tested.
The motorhome carries a salvage title because of minor cosmetic damage to the lower fiberglass at the rear, which you can see in the photos. We did not find any frame or structural damage, and the roof is in good condition with no cracks or water damage.
The tires show even wear, and a spare is included. The oil is at a good level and the right color. The rear hitch is ready for a tow vehicle.
For the money, this is a clean, well-equipped coach that is ready to hit the road. With two slides, two roof air units, and a working generator, it is set up for comfortable camping right away.
