This 2019 Freightliner SportChassis is a factory built M2-106 hauler finished in white over a black leather interior, showing just 19,331 original miles. Power comes from the Detroit DD8 diesel rated at 350 horsepower and 1,050 lb-ft of torque, backed by the Allison push-button automatic. The crew cab seats five, with air ride front buckets, a full rear bench, and the factory SportChassis hauler bed behind it with a headache rack. The Detroit DD8 is the newer generation medium duty Detroit, and at the 350 horsepower rating it runs a dual stage turbocharger and makes 1,050 lb-ft of torque. It is a modern, quiet and efficient engine, and it is paired to the Allison push-button automatic that makes these trucks so easy to drive loaded or empty. Inside, the black leather is in excellent shape and the truck has all of the SportChassis touches: embroidered floor mats, Kicker speakers, a Kenwood touchscreen head unit, 110 volt outlets in the console and a Tekonsha brake controller already wired in. At 19,331 miles on a 2019, this truck has barely been used. The driver’s seat is a Pinnacle air ride seat. The original owner found it substantially more comfortable than the standard seat, so it was changed out when the truck was new. TOWING ABILITY Set up with air ride suspension, air ride cab and air ride seats, this SportChassis tows smoothly and comfortably. The Detroit DD8 and its 1,050 lb-ft of torque pull a heavy trailer without drama, and the Allison automatic takes all the work out of it.
