2017 Forest River Rockwood Signature Fifth Wheel – Clean Interior – Quality Construction – Excellent Opportunity This 2017 Forest River Rockwood Signature is a spacious, well-built fifth wheel that offers an excellent combination of comfort, quality construction, storage, and residential-style living. The Rockwood Signature series was one of Forest River’s more upscale fifth-wheel lines, designed for owners who wanted something comfortable enough for extended trips and seasonal use without moving into an extremely large or heavy luxury fifth wheel. Inside, this coach has a warm, traditional RV interior with substantial cabinetry, plenty of storage, a full kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom, and a comfortable living area. It has the type of layout and construction that makes it easy to spend more than just a weekend in. Overall, the interior presents very well for a 2017 model and appears to have been taken care of. CONDITION This fifth wheel carries a salvage title due to a crack at the rear passenger-side corner of the trailer. We want bidders to understand exactly what the damage is, which is why we have included close-up photos of the affected area. The damage is localized to the exterior rear corner. The crack does not extend through to the inside of the trailer, and we have found no structural issues associated with it. We also do not see evidence of water intrusion or interior water damage related to this area. The wall and interior directly opposite the exterior damage appear unaffected. From what we can see, this is primarily a localized exterior repair rather than damage that affects the usability of the fifth wheel.
