Inside the 39ASL Loft the living room has an end table, sofa, lounge chair, and corner entertainment center. The kitchen has a free standing table and chairs, double kitchen sink, refrigerator, slideout pantry, four burner range, microwave, and lots of counter space. There is an additional pantry down the hall. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, tub with shower, and sink. The rear bedroom has much space with the queen bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers. Upstairs you will find a tall loft with a closet and a tv in the corner. This area is great for entertaining guests or just going up there to relax.   *This park model is set up on site 56 in our Main Campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. This park model comes with a screen porch and shed. The yearly rent for this site is $3,150.00 plus electric. The rent is paid until July 2027.
