Condition_: The exterior of the RV shines well, and the overall condition of the full-body paint is very good for its age, with only a few minor scuffs, as shown in the pictures.
The dash a/c is not cooling properly. It is believed to have a leak, but your due diligence is recommended. The seller states he always runs the front overhead A/C when traveling, and it still cools the area fine.
The front driver's and passenger seats have some peeling, often associated with the synthetic leather used.
There are two window shades that are not working in the power mode.
