Condition_: This RV appears to have normal wear and tear for its age. The tile, ceilings, and cabinetry are in great condition. The seller states that everything is operating as expected, except for the stereo and the power awning (it makes noise but doesn't move). However, the current owner never attempted to use the washer/dryer. There is slight peeling on the outside. This is expected for this age of RV. The glass on the screen door is missing, and there is a tear in the interior of the entry door (see pictures at the end). Also, there is a slight tear in the carpet on the slideout at the desk/table area. Note that the speedometer has been replaced because it wasn't working.
