Condition_: This 2nd owner 2020 Grand Design Solitude 310GK is in very good condition overall and has been well-maintained.
The unit shows normal wear for its age but remains clean, functional, and ready for its next owner.
The seller installed a brace to support a section of the underbelly plastic (visible in photos) to prevent sagging.
Seller added third brake lights but caulking used is not white.
The hydraulic leveling system works as it should, and all slides and awnings operate smoothly.
There is no generator or mattress included with the sale.
The tires were manufactured in week 22 of 2022 (approximately 50 months old as of June 2026). They still have good tread depth but are entering the later part of their service life.
The interior is clean and well-kept. There are no odd smells, pet odors, or known water damage.
All appliances, including the residential refrigerator, tankless water heater, and both air conditioners, are functioning properly.
Note that the mattress is not included with the sale.
