Condition_: This 2018 LEPRECHAUN 311FS has some exterior issues, as noted in the photos.
There is body damage on the driver's side due to impact with a bollard at a gas station. The cargo door still locks and opens.
On the patio side, a cargo door is damaged. Also noted a tear in the slide-out awning.
The RV was in storage, and the Owner could not start the generator. The batteries were dead, and the auto level would not operate; therefore, the slides would not open.
UPDATE - 5/28/26 - Two new batteries have been installed, and the auto levelers and slides operate normally
The interior appeared to be in good condition for the year.
The only issue noted was that the bedroom door was not installed. The door track system that holds the door has come out of the mounts in the ceiling.
This is a ONE-OWNER and LOW-MILEAGE RV !
