The painted exterior is in good condition and still has a good reflective shine. The roof appears to be in good condition from the photos. The interior is in great condition, and all the furniture is well-maintained. All the cabinets are in great condition. The front cab AC does not work. The generator ran but would shut off. Some lights did not work, and the microwave did not work. It's believed a breaker was tripped. The porch awning would not extend.
