Condition_: The RV has not been used since 2022 when lots of maintenance was done. It could use a good bath on the outside the carpets and inside have been thoroughly cleaned.
The roof was sealed with a new AC roof unit before winterizing and stored in 2023.
Inside, the recently installed roof A/C (February 2024) Generator serviced 2024. keeps things cool, complemented by a new water heater, leveling system, brakes, calipers, and batteries--all updated within the last two years.
The generator cranked right up. No water damage or musty smells were detected.
July 2025 a new transmission installed with three year warranty unlimited miles, new house and main batteries, new exhaust manifold, oil changed and 6 new tires.
