USED 2016 KEYSTONE COUGAR 326SRX – 356822 This versatile fifth‑wheel toy hauler combines garage functionality with residential living, making it ideal for hauling toys, tools, or gear without sacrificing comfort. At the rear of the unit, the layout begins with a 10‑foot enclosed garage featuring a 60" × 72" ramp door for easy loading. Inside the garage are dual flip sofas with overhead cabinets, allowing the space to convert quickly from a cargo bay into a lounge or sleeping area. A 42" × 92" loft above the garage adds additional sleeping or storage capacity, maximizing vertical space and flexibility. Moving forward, the coach opens into the main living area, highlighted by a large super sofa with overhead cabinets for storage. This space is designed for relaxation and socializing, with clear sightlines into the kitchen and entertainment areas. An entertainment center and nearby wardrobe/closet space further enhance functionality. The kitchen, centrally located, features a compact yet efficient design with a cooktop, sink, overhead cabinets, and dual refrigerators—one interior and another accessible near the exterior. An outside refrigerator and TV hookup extend entertainment and meal prep outdoors, making the unit excellent for tailgating or extended stays. Washer/dryer prep is also included, supporting long‑term or full‑time use. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, which includes a neo‑angle corner shower, toilet, vanity with sink, and medicine storage. The bathroom’s central position allows easy access from both the garage/living area and the bedroom. At the front of the fifth wheel, the private master bedroom offers a comfortable retreat. It features a queen bed, nightstand, overhead cabinets, and a wardrobe slide‑out, providing generous closet space and open floor area. Additional wardrobes and cabinetry ensure ample storage for clothing and personal items. Mileage: 0 Height: 13
