Condition_: This 2019 Columbus 1492 383FB by Palomino is a nice 5th wheel and it is ready to travel. We took photos on in April and the unit was fully hooked up and everything seemed to functioning as designed. The roof appeared well maintained and the seals we could see showed no evidence of failure. No signs of moisture intrusion anywhere inside, and while walking through the unit the floor felt solid and sturdy. Seller painted the dark wood in the living area with a light grey that actually looks very nice. There are a few places where the paint wasn't cut in perfectly, touched a small spot on the ceiling, the arm of the sofa, and the edge of some door trim. The entry door has some bottom corner scrapes where it was closed with the pull down entry steps set too high. Does not impact the seal or operation at all. The dishwasher (factory installed) looks like it could use a small piece of trim around the top edge, but this is purely cosmetic. A few exterior scrapes as well. All of this is shown in the photos.
