Condition_: This has been stored in a temperature-controlled environment at 68 degrees since the current owner acquired it.
The previous owner also stored it in a covered RV storage facility.
Per the seller, there is no damage to the interior/exterior except for the driver's side sun shade retraction spool, which does not lock in the down position.
The generator hours are unknown to the seller, and he says the RV has the original CAT diesel generator in good working condition.
No repair work has been required during the seller's ownership, and he has full records from the previous owner.
New tires were installed in May of 2019, with only 3,300 miles on them from the current owner.
