Condition_: The Lexor is reported to be in good condition for its age.
All of the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are working as expected, according to the owner.
The tires are approximately 4 years old. Oil changes and maintenance were done regularly. The owner does not have access to the maintenance records, however.
No reports of excessive damage to the interior or exterior. There is one area in the bedroom with a small stain from a previous leak. The leak was properly repaired and patched. The hood had a spot where the paint was starting to chip, and has now expanded into about a 6"-8" circle. Please see listing photos.
