Condition_: This 2013 Winnebago Era 170X is in better-than-expected condition.
There are a few minor scrapes on the driver's side rear above the tire.
The front tires were replaced in 2023, and the rear tires are older, but all tires appear to be in good condition.
The engine battery was replaced in 2025, house batteries are approximately 4 years old (2022).
Kept in storage when not in use, and everything works as it should.
