The exterior paint shines with just one blemish on the passenger-side/rear (shown in photos). There is some delaminating in several areas on both sides of the coach that seem to be from too much heat. There are no obvious signs of past water intrusion and the coach has no current leaks per the seller. The top caps, front and rear, have some peeling, but it's not very noticeable unless you get up to the roof. The 3M clear coat on the front of the coach is cracking, but can be removed by the new owner if desired. Inside the coach, everything works as it should, per the seller. The dining area and recliner chairs are no longer in the coach, and the TVs were also removed because they were old. But all the hookups are there, and it's just plug-and-play for a new TV. The front seats do have some minimal peeling, but again, nothing major. The tires are about 77 months old, and while they look great, they are at an age when they should be evaluated by the new buyer.
