Known items to address include replacing the exterior ladder, a very minor seep at the Oasis distribution block fitting (needs resealing with Teflon tape), and cosmetic wear to the captain and co-captain chairs at the lower cushions (replacement fabric included). The sofa has minor damage at one armrest corner. The roof edge clear coat is peeling in areas, and the gray tank sensor reads full while the propane gauge is slightly inaccurate.
