The roof shows signs of a professional patch, but there is no evidence of leaks that could be seen when photos and video were taken. There is sun and weather damage around the exterior of the trailer, resulting in fiber bloom in various locations. UV rays are the main cause of this issue and generally require professional restoration. There is a spot on the garage floor that feels a little soft, but there's no evidence of water leaks, and it could just be the garage design. The sofa needs to be recovered or replaced since the fabric has delaminated, a problem we have seen countless times on just about every RV built in the 2015-2021 time period.
