Condition_: This unit is in very good shape for its age. The interior is overall spotless. There is a floor patch in front of the sofa sleeper. The slide caught the floor and pulled it up.
The slide on the front and rear of the unit has some rot damage underneath from a leak at some point. The slide on the front of the unit also has a bit of rot damage from a leak when they first got the unit. Problem was fixed by dealership.
