2016 Precept 29UR, by Jayco. Sleeps 8, Bunk Beds and drop down bunk over cab. 2 A/Cs, Onan 5.5kW gen, Leveling jacks and great floorplan!
Introducing a second-owner 2016 Precept 29UR by Jayco, a Class A motorhome on the Ford F-Series chassis with a 320-horsepower 6.8L Triton V10 gasoline engine and approximately 29,000 miles.
Inside, the 29U floorplan is all about accommodating a family or a couple that is entertaining guests. This unit has the optional drop-down bunk over the cab for extra sleeping space. This allows for sleeping up to 8 when you include the convertible dinette, the queen bed in the rear slide-out, and the mid-coach bunk beds.
The bedroom slide-out extends out of the back of the coach, creating usable space around the foot and sides of the bed. The 2nd slide-out is a full-wall driver-side slide that extends the space from the dinette to the rear bedroom wardrobe.
This is a unique floor plan providing a huge layout in just 32'. Matched with dual 13.5k BTU A/C units, this is comfort away from home at its finest.
This kitchen features a 3-burner range, microwave convection oven, double stainless steel sinks, and the optional 12-cubic-foot, 4-door refrigerator.
Highlighted features include high-intensity recessed LED ceiling lights, raised-panel cabinet doors, and ball-bearing drawer guides.
The bathroom is located toward the rear of the coach, just before the bedroom, providing easy access to all guests.
Features include a shower with a surround, glass door, and skylight, a porcelain toilet with foot-flush, and a powered roof vent with a wall switch.
On the exterior, you'll find practical features including a 16′ power awning, pass-through exterior storage, frameless windows, power-retractable entry steps, and leveling jacks in front and rear.
The coach includes the Onan 5.5kW generator and the JRide Plus suspension package (Bilstein shocks, heavy-duty sway bar, computer-balanced drive shaft), which contribute to a smoother ride.
This is a well-rounded Class A motorhome that offers family-friendly sleeping arrangements, a full kitchen, a full bath, and a private bedroom. With modest mileage and a clean interior, it's ready for new adventures. Contact us to arrange a showing.

Condition_: According to the Seller, the coach has normal wear and tear for its age. Some examples: exterior clear coat is fading, some interior wood trim around one of the slides is chipped, the power shade on the front window isn't working, and the top bunk in the back has a broken bracket, so it can't fold down.
The tires are 1 1/2 years old, and all of the batteries were recently replaced.
The generator needs servicing, but starts and runs.
The Ford engine is due for routine maintenance.
Per the Seller, all of the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are working as expected.
