It's a non-smoking coach, though dogs have been inside. The current owner reports that it has been well maintained, regularly serviced, and that all current maintenance is up to date. Mechanical work completed less than a year ago at International includes new fuel injectors and a serpentine belt. The chassis A/C was also repaired recently and is working flawlessly. The generator was serviced, and a new exhaust system was installed. The coach rides on tires that are less than a year old, and all three batteries were replaced about six months ago. The roof was resealed two years ago, and the front rooftop A/C unit was replaced within the past year. The transfer switch has also been replaced.
