Condition_: According to the seller, all systems and functions are fully operational, except for the bedroom A/C unit, which needs to be repaired or replaced.
Both the interior and exterior show some signs of wear and tear. See photos.
There is a small soft spot in the pass-through storage floor on the driver's side that needs to be repaired.
The tires have a date code of 4818 but appear to be in good condition. Will need to be replaced at some point given age.
The roof has not leaked, but could use a reseal.
