Condition_: This coach has undergone a refurbishment from stem to stern in 2024 to bring it back to impressive condition. While it was not bad, through the years, there was normal wear and some blemishes.
The refurbishment also took advantage of new materials that have become available. These include modern flooring options, LCD flat-panel TVs, LED lighting, and contemporary fabrics, making a significant difference in the renovation. The blemishes and dated components have been updated, and the coach shows well inside and out.
The living room features a reupholstered sofa in a beautiful coordinating fabric, there is a new Samsung 42 smart LCD TV, and stunning solid Corian countertops with a complementary granite tile floor, polished to perfection. A leather Euro chair and ottoman have also been added.
The original maple flooring has been replaced with a beautiful solid cherry wood floor that coordinates perfectly with the laminate-faced cabinets, and the bedroom features a new high-end carpet (plastic protection still in place).
The owner reports that all exterior blemishes have been repaired and painted, restoring the coach. It shows very well.
