Condition_: The exterior is in very good condition and is clean. Some minor graphics are checking on the afternoon-facing side, but no peeling. Photos show some detail.
The awning works as it should, and there is no evidence of wear, pinholes, or other deterioration. It is dirty on the underside.
The roof looks clean, and the lap sealant shows no signs of cracking. There is no evidence of any leaks.
The tires are new. The house AGM battery is new.
The interior is in great condition with no holes or observed wear on the upholstery. There are a few minor cosmetic scratches on the dinette table and refrigerator door as shown in the photos.
There is a piece of trim over the dinette that needs to be reattached. The bottom of the front entry door, a piece of trim, needs to be nailed.
Other than this, no issues have been observed.
