The RV was kept in covered winter storage for the first two winters and then stored outdoors thereafter. The seller also reports that it has been winterized annually, has undergone a recent oil change at 7,500 miles, and has been regularly inspected each year in November (the last state inspection was conducted in November 2024). The only non-standard repair was about 6 months after they bought it -- it was back at the dealer for some minor repairs of some issues they had noticed when it had the catalytic converter stolen (cut off) while it was at the dealer, along with about 50+ other RVs, so that needed to be replaced with a new converter.
