Condition_: This 24' motorhome is in nice condition and garage-kept; the body paint is shiny and uniform, with no significant dents, scratches, or road damage.
The suspension has been elevated for improved clearance.
Door seals have been upgraded, reflective insulated window inserts have been included, and curtains have been installed to isolate the cab, bedroom, and bathroom.
The interior has no rips, seam separations, stains, or odors. Note: Slip covers have been installed over the front seats due to wear (peeling) on the seats. The seller reports that the factory couch is also peeling.
New engine batteries were installed in December 2022, and coach batteries were installed in June 2025.
New front tires were installed in July 2023.
In January 2020, the roof was replaced after it struck a low overhead object. It was resealed entirely at this time, and the seller reports no problems since.
Overall, it is in good condition with several upgrades/updates, and everything works as it should.
Note: the seller removed the dinette to create an open floor space. Thus, the accommodations are best suited for two people, although the original dinette is available.
