Condition_: The RV is in very good condition and has very low mileage. It is currently stored in an enclosed building, so the exterior is in great condition. Seller recently had the dinette recovered with Sunbrella fabric at a cost of $1,000. The roof seam has been resealed/caulked 01/2026, new inverter installed 01/2026 and house batteries replaced 01/2026.
The interior flooring, walls, upgraded window treatments, cabinets, etc, are in like-new condition.
The furniture and front seating have a peeling issue due to being made of leatherette.
The tires are original from 2014 with a date code of 1417.
