Condition_: The sofa sleeper was recently reupholstered due to cracking and peeling of the original cover; there is some cracking and peeling of the two cockpit seats as well.
Some paint chipping was observed at one of the unit's fenders in the area of the wheel well, and one of the tire's hubcaps is missing.
The interior was free of observable damage or defects, and there were no noticeable damaged areas or the presence of staining or foul odors.
