Condition_: This coach appears to be in great condition. The paint looks great and has a nice shine to it.
The upholstery looks like great, and was just re-upholstered in 2023.
Everything on the coach works as it should per the seller.
There is some cracking in the fiberglass inside the couch above the drop-down bed, but the seller indicates there is no water intrusion. He even put a meter up there and said there was no water.
One of the rugs on the ladder is a bit loose and should be checked out before using the ladder.
