Condition_: According to the seller, the roof was replaced, the air shocks have been replaced and they have put in a newer queen mattress. They have all receipts.
Basement doors have some damage on them around the keyholes (photoed). A couple of scratches on the exterior.
All tires except one are 2019; one is a 2017. The generator was replaced by Camping World, has been used maybe 10 times since.
