There is a soft spot in the ceiling between the door and the slide (see pic). The seller is looking into the issue and believes it happened while the unit was at the dealer recently for maintenance. The exterior has some minor surface blemishes (see pics of exterior walls and storage compartment doors), but it appears solid.
