Condition_: This Four Winds 23U has been well maintained and cared for. It's been serviced at all recommended intervals.
The dinette upholstery and swivel chair can use a deep cleaning, and the awning has a tear at the coach, which can be seen in the photos. It's still in good working condition.
The tires were replaced in 2022.
