This doubles as extra storage space. This unit is equipped with a welded-on Gooseneck hitch so no fifth-wheel hitch is needed if you have the gooseneck ball already installed. For full-time living, they removed the sofa sleeper and replaced it with a residential sofa that is very comfortable and stylish. They also added a residential coffee table, recliner, side table, and lamp. The seller also added a full-size ceiling fan in the living area. The closets are large, and the bedroom has a full-size dresser. The bath has double sinks and a nice shower with a skylight. This was a luxurious fifth wheel with solid construction and features. Condition_: The sellers are in the process of cleaning, making repairs, and preparing her for photos and sale. It does need some TLC as it has been parked as living quarters for three years. The tires are from 2015, based on the one date code I could see. A pretty routine issue is some clearcoat peeling on the front right and front cap of the fifth wheel. There is a very minor area of delamination on the front, and entry side of the unit. There is no evidence of a leak or earlier damage anywhere on the unit. The carpet shows some wear, as you would expect. The sellers replaced, and screen on the front door and are making other minor repairs. It should show nicely once completed.
