The 2027 Thor Motor Coach Scope and Rize bring added convenience and comfort to compact camper van travel. Designed for both new RV owners and seasoned adventurers, these Class B motorhomes combine an agile profile with essential amenities for day trips, weekend getaways, and longer journeys.

More Convenience In Every Detail

For 2027, every Scope and Rize floor plan comes standard with a Thule lateral-arm power patio awning featuring integrated LED lighting. Upgraded cassette window shades provide greater privacy and a polished appearance to the interior.

The redesigned kitchen includes a stainless steel bowl sink and a roll-up dish rack. The rack fits over the sink to provide a convenient drying area while also doubling as a cover for additional workspace. Travelers can prepare meals using the two-burner gas cooktop, overhead microwave oven, and 12-volt electric refrigerator.

Compact Size & Confident Performance

Both models are built on the Ram ProMaster 1500 XT chassis and powered by a 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine with front-wheel drive. Measuring approximately 17 feet 10 inches to 17 feet 11 inches long, the Scope and Rize are easy to maneuver through city streets, country roads, and busy campgrounds.

Available driver-assistance technologies include active lane keeping assist, attention assist, traffic sign assist, blind spot assist, and a backup camera. A 5,000-pound (2,268-kilogram) hitch provides added capability for bringing a trailer or recreational gear.

Flexible Comfort & Off-Grid Power

Scope and Rize models include a 200-watt solar panel, 10-amp solar charge controller, exterior solar connection, and 2,800-watt gasoline generator. Inside, travelers will find swivel captain’s chairs, a versatile Lagun table system, USB charging ports, TV prep, and a touchscreen radio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Scope floor plans offer additional flexibility. The 18M includes a pullout sleeping area, while the 18Z features a rear fold-up double bed that converts into a convenient storage garage.
