Thor’s Indigo DD35 Class A Motorhome Offers Camping Chefs A Dream Kitchen

Thor Motor Coach recently released its newest Indigo DD35, a Class A gas motorhome that the company says has one of the largest kitchens yet, with ample workspace and storage and all the appliances needed to prepare meals on the road. With an oversized shower and a king-size bed, the Indigo DD35 provides luxury living anywhere your travels take you.

Drive In Comfort

Thor builds the Indigo on a Ford F-53 chassis with a 7.3-liter PFI V8 engine with 335 horsepower (250 kilowatts). The cockpit has leatherette captain’s chairs that recline and swivel, drink holders, and a stowaway coffee table to expand the living area.

The leatherette theater seats in the living area have built-in footrests and seatbelts. The leatherette Dream Dinette booth has cup holders, a child safety tether, seatbelts, storage drawers, and a wireless phone charger with USB plugs on the dinette table. The living area also has a 39-inch LED smart TV and an overhead speaker.

The bathroom has a foot-flush porcelain toilet, a large shower with a glass door, a skylight, laminate countertops, and a stainless steel sink.

Create Michelin Star-Worthy Cuisine

The kitchen has everything campers need to create delicious meals from wherever they roam. The residential refrigerator, pantry, and abundance of cabinets provide plenty of space for food, dishes, utensils, and other necessities.

For meal prep, there are solid-surface kitchen countertops, LED accent lighting, and a large double-bowl stainless steel sink with a pull-down sprayer and a roll-up stainless steel sink cover. When it's time to cook, there is a 3-burner gas cooktop and oven with a bi-fold glass cover and a 30-in. (76-centimeter) stainless steel over-the-range convection microwave.

Rest Easy

The DD35 sleeps up to four people in two separate sleeping areas. The rear bedroom has a king-size bed, and the cockpit area has a power drop-down hideaway overhead bunk with a Cotton Cloud mattress and a bunk ladder. An optional leatherette sofa bed is also available. In addition to a large closet and overhead storage, the bedroom has a 32-in. LED smart TV and an electric fireplace.

Living Al Fresco

When you want to enjoy the great outdoors, the Indigo DD35 has a power patio awning with LED lighting and an exterior 32-in. smart TV on a swivel bracket with a built-in sound bar and radio.
