Minnie 2832FK: Ample Space & Plenty Of Comforts
The 2832FK floor plan for the double-axle Minnie sleeps five people in a 32-foot (9.8-meter) package. It has a front galley with cabinets deep enough to store appliances. Sleeping accommodations include a walk-around queen bed in the rear bedroom, a 44- by 72-in. (1,118- by 1,829-mm) dinette in the living space, and a 72-in. tri-fold sofa in a slide-out. The slide can alternatively be equipped with theater seating facing a smart TV.
Front and rear exterior doors make it easier to pack the Minnie 2832FK for a trip or to access the walk-through central bathroom. The bath features a full, 30- by 36-in. (762- by 914-mm) shower with a large 14- by 22-in. (356- by 559-mm) skylight.
Minnie Interior Amenities
Winnebago offers the Minnie in seven floor plans ranging from 27.1 to 32.4 ft (8.26 to 9.87 m) in length and sleeping four to eight people. The company also produces smaller Micro Minnie models.
The Minnie 2832FK has an 8,800-pound (3,992-kilogram) gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and a 6.67-ft (2.03-m) interior ceiling height. Its heating comes from a 32,000-BTU furnace. A 15,000-BTU ducted roof air conditioner comes standard, and there are 50-amp preparations for a second optional, non-ducted A/C unit with 13,500 BTU. Water facilities include a 60-gallon (227-liter) freshwater tank and a 6-gal (22.7-L) direct spark ignition (DSI) water heater that runs on either gas or electricity.
The galley includes a 10.3-cubic-foot (292-L) 12-volt refrigerator, a pantry, and a recessed, 3-burner cooktop with backlit knobs and a glass cover. The cabinetry has a full-overlay European style. A flip-up counter offers more meal prep space as needed, and there are several charging ports for mobile devices throughout the interior.
Outdoors, campers can enjoy JBL premium exterior speakers while relaxing under a 21-ft (6.4-m), powered patio awning with LED lighting. The travel trailer rides on 15-in. Goodyear Endurance tires and aluminum wheels.
Minnie Travel Trailer Options
The Minnie 2832FK’s standard 200-watt solar panel comes with a 30-A charge controller and a resettable breaker, and there is side-mount prep for an optional, additional solar panel for more eco-friendly power. The travel trailer also includes prep for an inverter and for a tire pressure monitoring system. A 24-in. LED bedroom TV is a popular item on the camper’s options list.
Winnebago also offers packages of options for the Minnie. The Comfort Tech package comes with more insulation, heated tanks, and dual A/C units for year-round thermal efficiency. The Explorer package increases the camper’s off-road capability and adds propane heating and prep for Wi-Fi and solar equipment, among other things.
