Tiffin says the 2022 Allegro Bus is one of the most advanced motorhomes the company has ever made. The OnGuard ACTIVE safety package headlines the improvements, protecting drivers and passengers with adaptive cruise control, electronic stability control (the system intervenes when high risk of directional instability, such as loss of vehicle control or rollover, is dedicated), and an emergency braking system.

Upscale Interior

Tiffin’s Allegro Bus is traditionally known for offering an abundant living space, and the 2022 floor plans live up to those high standards with distinct spaces for the bedroom(s), driver’s compartment, living area, and kitchen. Floor plans range in length from 37.4 to 45 feet (11.4 to 13.7 meters), each available in a wide selection of handcrafted cabinetry, fabric, floor tile, and ceiling treatment options. The Allegro Bus can even be configured with a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer. The expansive kitchen designs include polished solid surface countertops, a solid surface cooktop cover, and a stainless-steel refrigerator and microwave.

Cummins Power With Tiffin PowerGlide

The 2022 Allegro Bus is powered by a Cummins L9 engine rated for 450 horsepower (335 kilowatts); the 45 OPP and 45 FP floor plans also have the option of a Cummins X15 engine delivering 605 hp (451 kW). Tiffin translates that power into a smooth, comfortable ride using its PowerGlide Chassis, which carries its own 50,000-mile or three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. PowerGlide incorporates multiplex wiring for the electric system and features auto-reset fuses and relays to increase the motorhome’s reliability and efficiency.
