Fleetwood RV’s Discovery LXE Class A motorhome improves on the key features of its popular Discovery model to provide travelers with more space, more power, and more entertainment on the go. The 2022 models are built on Freightliner’s XCM chassis and feature Fleetwood’s Freedom Bridge foundation to increase the RV’s storage options and strength. The 2022 Discovery LXE is available in spacious floor plans ranging anywhere from 36.75 to 44 feet (11.2 to 13.4 meters).

Power To Haul

Equipped with a Cummins LSL9 380- or 450-horsepower (283- or 336-kilowatt) diesel engine, the Discovery LXE delivers more power than the base Discovery. As a result, it can tow 10,000 to 15,000 pounds (4,536 to 6,804 kilograms), depending on the model, and offers plenty of storage bay space, including a 7.5-ft (2.3-m) bay with a slide-out tray. The motorhome comes equipped with Fleetwood’s BrakeSync supplemental braking system for additional safety when hauling heavy loads.

Take The Whole Family

The 2022 Discovery LXE sleeps anywhere from six (in the 36HQ floor plan) to nine (in the 40G and 44S floor plans) people. The LXE’s versatile interior includes such features a convertible dinette table, private sleeping areas, and a master suite. Three 15,000-BTU roof-mounted air conditioners help cool the motorhome on hot summer days. An exterior entertainment center, including a Bluetooth-connected soundbar, provides outdoor entertaining options. Inside the RV, owners can run everything the from the touchscreen-controlled Firefly Multiplex system.
