Airstream Details 30-Foot Flying Cloud Travel Trailer Floor Plans Including New 30FB Office

Airstream offers a wide selection of 30-foot travel trailers, a length that has been a popular choice for travelers since Airstream introduced The Sovereign of the Road back in 1955. The Sovereign’s floor plan, which featured an expansive lounge, kitchen, and bedroom and set the industry standard for long-term travel, in many ways differs little from today’s 30-foot travel trailers. And as Airstream has built upon The Sovereign’s strong foundation, floor plans have evolved to fit specific use cases. The new Flying Cloud 30FB Office, for example, brings a dedicated work space along for the ride to better fit the needs of travelers who want to go on an extended adventure without leaving work behind.

Family Travel

If you’re taking the entire family on an adventure, the Airstream Flying Cloud Bunk model sleeps eight—more than any other Airstream travel trailer. Up front, the bunk model has a queen bed flanked by wardrobes on either side. And in the rear of the trailer, the space is split between the bathroom and a set of bunk beds. Owners can also drop the tabletop to create a sturdy foundation upon which the cushions create a sleeping space, or spread out on the front lounge.

The Corner Office

The newly announced 30FB Office floor plan is a redesign of the Flying Cloud Bunk travel trailer. Essentially, the sleeping area in the back has been replaced with an office space. To make it easier to concentrate on work, Airstream provides a privacy divider and blackout curtains (for use during video calls), while the large desk, sliding, drawer, and storage cubbies provide space to organize your workspace and plenty of room for a laptop, monitor, and other remote work tools. Multiple USB ports help you keep everything charged up. Three windows in the dedicated space provide a near-panoramic view of the world outside.
