The seller’s all-weather-capable Condor 22T was well-positioned to sell thanks to features like TuffShell construction, a durable Ford Transit 350HD all-wheel-drive chassis, a 2-inch (50.8-millimeter) Van Compass front- and rear-lift kit, and all-terrain tires.
Also attracting buyers’ attention was the motorhome’s low mileage (just 5,000 miles) at the time of the sale and the inclusion of an optional 7-foot rear awning along with the standard 14-ft (4.2-m) side awning.
