New Airstream Care Application Makes RV Ownership A Breeze
Airstream recently launched a new mobile application that gives RV owners a centralized location to manage maintenance schedules, find local service, and much more. Airstream Care, available for iOS and Android, takes advantage of Togo digital connectivity technology from TH2, which is a joint venture between Thor Industries and Tourism Holdings, Ltd. The app also integrates seamlessly with Roadtrippers, a travel-planning platform, to find points of interest to hit on your next trip. Airstream will continue to add new features to the app over time via regular updates, including “a major release planned for spring 2019.”

RV maintenance is the primary theme of Airstream Care as you can create custom reminders and notifications that will let you know when it’s time renew your registration, test smoke alarms, check the air pressure in your tires, make sure your battery is charged, and perform other important pre-trip tasks. You can make custom checklists and cross items off as you go along so you don’t miss a thing. Airstream Care also lets you enter information about service centers, including names, contact information, and locations, so you know that where your journey takes you, you’ll have a trusted provider nearby.
